Give your daughter the tools to stay safe and confident. Join us for an empowering self-defense workshop designed specifically for teenage girls. This engaging, age-appropriate class is led by certified martial arts instructors in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.
What They’ll Learn:
- Situational Awareness: How to recognize and avoid dangerous situations
- Verbal Defense Techniques: De-escalation and boundary-setting
- Basic Strikes & Escapes: Simple, effective self-defense moves
- Confidence Building: Inner strength, assertiveness, and self-respect
