PKSA Karate Royal Oak Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy
At PKSA Karate Royal Oak, we are committed to providing exceptional martial arts instruction and customer service. Please review our membership cancellation and refund policy below:
Monthly Memberships:
- Cancellations/modifications must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance.
- Written cancellation requests should be sent to admin@pksaroyaloak.com.
- Membership fees will continue to be charged if the cancellation request is not received within the required notice period.
Annual Memberships:
- Annual memberships are non-refundable.
- Early cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or prorated amount.
Refund Policy:
- Membership fees are refundable if canceled prior to the membership start date.
- Refunds will be processed according to the terms of the membership agreement and issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@pksaroyaloak.com.
- Retail sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- Exchanges will be allowed for incorrectly received products, provided the item is unworn, unused, and free from visible damage.
