PKSA Karate Royal Oak Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

At PKSA Karate Royal Oak, we are committed to providing exceptional martial arts instruction and customer service. Please review our membership cancellation and refund policy below:

Monthly Memberships:

• This policy is inclusive of memberships with discounted offers.
• Cancellations/modifications must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance.
• Written cancellation requests should be sent to admin@pksaroyaloak.com.
• Membership fees will continue to be charged if the cancellation request is not received within the required notice period.

Annual Memberships:

• Annual memberships are non-refundable.
• Early cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or prorated amount.

Refund Policy:

• Membership fees are refundable if canceled prior to the membership start date.
• Refunds will be processed according to the terms of the membership agreement and      issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@pksaroyaloak.com.
• Retail sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
• Exchanges will be allowed for incorrectly received products, provided the item is unworn,      unused, and free from visible damage.
